Receipts and invoices will automatically be sent to the registered billing email address on our Stripe platform. If you need to update this, please reach out to us at help@hubblehq.com
If you are an admin, you can access your VAT invoices for your recurring monthly plan by navigating to your Dashboard.
If you click into 'Manage Plan', this will take you to our billing platform, Stripe. Scroll down to the bottom to 'Invoice History', where you'll be able to access your receipts for your monthly plan and download them.
You can also access your invoices for your most recent top-ups by navigating to your billing page, here.
