Where can I find my invoices if I am on a monthly plan?

If you are an admin, you can access your VAT invoices for your recurring monthly plan by navigating to your Dashboard.

If you click into 'Manage Plan', this will take you to our billing platform, Stripe. Scroll down to the bottom to 'Invoice History', where you'll be able to access your receipts for your monthly plan and download them.

You can also access your VAT invoices for your most recent top-ups by navigating to your billing page, here.

Where can I find my receipts/invoices if I am on Pay-as-you-go?

If your email address is the registered billing email address on our Stripe platform, you should automatically receive receipts to your email address when you make a payment for a booking.

If you're not the registered billing email on the account and would like a receipt for your payments, please reach out to us at and our team will be able to send this over.
