Where can I find my invoices if I am on a monthly membership?
If you are an admin, you can access your VAT invoices for your recurring membership by navigating to your Dashboard.
If you click into 'Manage Plan', this will take you to our billing platform, Stripe. Scroll down to the bottom to 'Invoice History', where you'll be able to access your receipts for your monthly membership and download them.
You can also access your VAT invoices for your most recent top-ups by navigating to your billing page, here.
Where can I find my receipts/invoices if I am on PAYG?
If your email address is the registered billing email address on our Stripe platform, you should automatically receive receipts to your email address when you make a top up of credits straight from your dashboard.
If you're not the registered billing email on the account and would like a receipt for your top ups, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be able to send this over.
I'd like a VAT receipt:
If you need a VAT receipt, please email us at email@example.com, where we'll be able to copy in our finance team to send this over.
