How do I cancel my monthly plan?

Our Hubble On-Demand monthly plans are super flexible - you can cancel or pause at any time. To cancel or pause your monthly plan, please email us at help@hubblehq.com.

When cancelling your monthly plan your account type will switch to pay-as-you-go, which doesnโ€™t use the credits system. Our pay-as-you-go customers see pricing in ยฃs, and payment is made via card payment when booking.

You'll have a one month period following the plan's end date to use up any remaining credits in your account. After this period, any unused credits (including credits purchased before the end date) will expire.

Pay-as-you-go pricing is more expensive than making bookings on a monthly membership. However, if you decide to activate a monthly plan again in the future you will immediately benefit from a 15-30% discount vs the pay-as-you-go pricing.
