Can I Make a Group Booking?

Yes! You can book meeting rooms, coworking spaces, or private day offices for your team - just choose the option that best fits your needs.

Coworking Spaces

You can filter coworking spaces by group size and date directly on the search page.

To check how many coworking bookings a building can accommodate per day, view the details on the listing page. The number shown reflects total availability across all Hubble users, including bookings from other companies.

How to Add Attendees:

  • Use the “Add Attendees” section during checkout.

  • If a teammate is already part of your company account, just start typing their name and it will auto-complete for you.

  • Adding external guests? If they’re not part of your Hubble team, ask your admin to invite them, or simply enter their email address and select it from the dropdown to include them.

Meeting Rooms

  • Choose a meeting room with the right capacity for your group.

  • Select the date, time, and duration.

  • Booking across multiple days? Submit a separate request for each date.

  • Add any special requirements (like catering, AV setup, or whiteboards) in the "Required Facilities / Requests" box at checkout.

Private Day Offices

  • Choose an office that suits your team’s size.

  • Book by the day - or multiple days if needed.

  • Need more than one office? Submit a separate booking for each

What to Keep in Mind

  • Capacity limits: Each space has a set limit. For coworking, most buildings allow up to 4–5 team members per company per day.

  • Book early: Group bookings, especially for larger teams, are more likely to be available if booked in advance.

  • Host approval: Meeting rooms and private day offices require confirmation from the host before your booking is finalized.

  • Amenities: If you need anything specific (AV setup, extra chairs, refreshments, etc.), mention it in the request box or contact us at support@hubblehq.com
