What are credits?

Updated over a week ago

Hubble On‑Demand Monthly Plans are designed for teams that use workspace regularly. These plans work on a credits‑based system, where credits are used to pay for on‑demand workspace such as coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and day offices.

Instead of paying in using a debit or credit card for each booking, your team simply uses credits from your monthly allowance.

How do credits work?

The number of credits needed for a booking depends on:

  • The type of space you book

  • The number of attendees

  • How long you need the space for

Typical credit costs

While exact credit usage can vary by location and workspace, here are some average guidelines:

  • 🧑‍💻 Coworking access: around 5–6 credits per person per day

  • 🪑 Meeting rooms: around 1–3 credits per person per hour

  • 🏢 Day offices: around 8–9 credits per person per day

Each credit has a value of $6.70, and credits are deducted automatically when a booking is confirmed.

Why use credits?

Credits are used on Hubble On‑Demand Monthly Plans so that:

  • Team members don’t see or manage costs in currency

  • Admins can control spend more easily

  • Usage is consistent across different workspace types and cities
