When you book a workspace, amenities can vary by provider and location, but here’s what you can generally expect:
Coworking Spaces
Individual desks and office chairs
Wi-Fi and power outlets (standard in all spaces)
Access to shared amenities like coffee/tea stations, kitchens, and lounge areas - specific details are available on each workspace's listing page
Full-day access during the location’s opening hours (shown on the listing)
Private Day Offices
Individual desks and ergonomic chairs for your team
Wi-Fi and power outlets as standard
Shared amenities like kitchens and phone booths - check the listing page for specifics
Full-day access during listed business hours
Note: If any team members also need coworking access on the same day, you’ll need to book that separately through the listing page.
Meeting Rooms
Typically arranged in a boardroom or conference-style layout with a central table and chairs
Wi-Fi, power outlets, and most rooms include AV equipment (like screens, projectors, or video conferencing tools)
Many also offer refreshments at an additional cost
Access is only available during your booked time slot
Note: If any team members also need coworking access on the same day, you’ll need to book that separately through the listing page.
Choosing the Right Space
If you need AV equipment, like a screen for presentations, we recommend booking a meeting room, as this isn’t usually available in private offices.
When booking, use the "Required facilities/requests" box to let us know if you need a TV screen, whiteboard, or flipchart. Your request will be sent to the provider, who will confirm whether the space can accommodate your needs.
