What are your cancellation policies?

Our booking cancellation policy is determined by the providers we work with.

Coworking bookings

To be eligible for a refund, coworking bookings must be cancelled by midnight on the day before the booking date.

To make a change to an existing booking, you will need to cancel the booking via your dashboard and send a new request with your new requirements. All changes are subject to provider approval.


Meeting rooms

Bookings must be cancelled at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date to be eligible for a refund (Exception: Fora bookings require seven full business days’ notice to be eligible for a refund).

Example: For a Thursday booking, cancellations must be made by midnight on Monday to allow two full business days’ notice (Tuesday and Wednesday).

If you have made a booking, to make a change you will need to cancel the booking via your dashboard and send a new request with your new requirements.

All changes are subject to provider approval.


Private day offices

Bookings must be cancelled at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date to be eligible for a refund.

Example: For a Thursday booking, cancellations must be made by midnight on Monday to allow two full business days’ notice (Tuesday and Wednesday).

If you have made a booking, to make a change you will need to cancel the booking via your dashboard and send a new request with your new requirements. Only the booking organiser can manage the attendee list for the booking.

All changes are subject to provider approval.
