Credit Caps give Admins control over how many credits team members can spend each month. This makes it easier to manage budgets while giving employees the flexibility to book workspace when they need it.
What can Admins do with Credit Caps?
Admins can:
Set a monthly coworking credit allowance for the whole team.
Create individual monthly credit limits for team members based on their role or usage.
Allow specific team members (such as team leads or office managers) to book private day offices and meeting rooms on behalf of the team.
Important things to know
Credit Caps are available exclusively on Hubble On-Demand Monthly Plans.
Credit limits automatically reset each month on your plan's renewal date.
If you're a team member and have questions about your credit allowance, you'll need to contact your Admin.
How to set Credit Caps
Set a team-wide coworking credit cap
Go to Admin.
Open Credit Spend.
Select Capped.
Enter the monthly coworking credit limit.
This limit will apply to all team members unless an individual limit has been set.
Set an individual credit cap
Go to Manage Teams.
Select the team member you'd like to update.
Enter their personal monthly credit limit.
You can increase or decrease an individual's allowance at any time. If you make a temporary increase for a particular month, remember to update it again when it's no longer needed.
Manage booking permissions
From the Manage Teams section, you can also choose which team members can book:
Private day offices
Meeting rooms
This is useful if you want to limit these bookings to team leads, managers, or other authorised users.
