Our fee for full-time HQ space comes from the landlord upon a successful placement. The landlords view us as a marketing channel so finding your office with Hubble wouldn’t affect your rental costs either—in fact we can often negotiate exclusive rates for you because we have strong ongoing relationships with all the landlords that aren’t available direct.

Hubble charges a small monthly service fee for part-time offices, to cover the costs of payment handling, customer support and account management. This is capped at 10%.
