This guide is relevant for hosts who are UK VAT vendors using the self-billing mechanism who have already followed the profile set up steps in this guide and are unable to login to their account.

Log into your account using this link: https://suppliers.tipalti.com/hubble/Account/Login

NOTE: this link is unique to Hubble’s Tipalti platform so please use this link only.

  1. If the password on the account needs to be changed then contact support@tipalti.com and they will assist with the password reset.

  2. If the 2FA on the account needs to be changed then contact support@tipalti.com
