When you book a workspace, you’ll have access to facilities to ensure a productive experience. The exact inclusions vary by provider and location, but here’s what you can generally expect:
Coworking spaces
Individual desks and office chairs
WiFi access and plug sockets as standard.
Access to shared building amenities, such as tea/coffee, kitchens, and lounge areas - you can view the building facilities available via the listing page
You’ll have access for the full day, with specific opening hours listed on the buildings' listing page
Private Day Offices
Groups of desks and ergonomic office chairs
WiFi access and plug sockets as standard.
Access to shared building amenities, such as kitchens and phone booths - you can view the building facilities available via the listing page
Access Hours: You’ll have access for the full day, with specific opening hours listed on the office’s page.
If you or your team also need coworking access on the day, book separately via the Book Space page.
Meeting Rooms
Typically arranged in a boardroom or conference-style layout with a central table and surrounding chairs.
Plug sockets, WiFi, and most meeting rooms include AV equipment (screens, projectors, video conferencing tools).
Many rooms also come with air conditioning and access to refreshments
You can only access your meeting room during your booked time. To use the coworking space on the same day, book separately via the Book Space page.
Choosing the Right Space
If you need AV equipment (such as a screen for presentations), we recommend booking a meeting room, as this is not typically included in private offices.
Please specify at the point of making your request if you require use of a whiteboard, flipchart, or a TV screen. You can do this by typing the request into the Required facilities / requests box on the booking page. This will be sent to the provider who can confirm/decline your request based on the availability of a room with this requirement.
