How do I Book a Coworking Space?

Booking a coworking space with Hubble is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to secure your spot for the day:

  1. Browse Available Coworking Spaces
    You can view bookable coworking spaces here. Once you're on the page, you'll see:

    • List View on the left

    • Map View on the right

  2. Refine Your Search
    Use the search bar to enter your desired location or filter results based on specific facilities the building offers (e.g., high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, etc.). Check out more details on facilities here.

  3. Select a Space
    When you find a coworking space you’d like to work from, click on the pin (in map view) or listing card (in list view). This will take you to the detailed building listing page.

  4. Choose Your Date and Add Other Members (if needed)
    On the building listing page, click the 'Book' button. You'll be prompted to select the date you'd like to book the space for. If you'd like to book for additional people, you can easily add other members at this stage. For instructions, check out our guide on how to add members.

  5. Confirm Your Booking
    Once you've selected your date, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming your booking and you can view it under the coworking bookings section of your dashboard.
