How do I edit my listings?

You can edit both your long-term and on-demand listings directly from your host dashboard after logging in. For more information on logging in, please refer to this article.


Editing long-term listings

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Listings page, where your long-term office listings are displayed.

From here, you can:

  • Click the Edit button next to a listing to make changes

  • Update details such as:

    • Number of desks

    • Price

    • Square footage

    • Key features and amenities

You can also archive specific office sizes if they are no longer available.

Note: If a workspace has been archived, you won’t be able to republish it yourself for accuracy reasons. Please contact the host team at host@hubblehq.com, and they’ll assist you with reactivating the listing.


Editing on-demand listings

To edit your on-demand workspaces:

  1. Log in at hubblehq.com/login

  2. You’ll be taken to your Listings page

  3. Select ‘On-demand’ in the top right corner

From here, you can manage each location and update:

  • Photos

  • Listing details (such as summary and facilities)

  • Access times

  • Arrival instructions

If you need to update your on-demand pricing, please email host team at host@hubblehq.com as currently only they can update pricing for you.
