What are your amendment & cancellation policies?

Our booking amendment policy is set by the providers we work with. Bookings must be amended at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with short-notice amendments.

Example: If your booking is on a Thursday, you’ll need to cancel or request an amendment by midnight on Monday to provide two full business days’ notice (Tuesday and Wednesday).


(Exceptions are Fora (Formerly TOG) and The Space's cancellation policy which is 7 working days prior to be eligible for a full refund).

If your booking has not yet been confirmed

You can cancel your request via your dashboard and submit a new request from the building’s listing page. Your new request will be sent to the building’s reception team, who will confirm or decline the booking based on space availability.

If your booking has been confirmed

  • Changing the number of attendees:
    Please contact us via live chat or email us at bookings@hubblehq.com. We will reach out to the provider to check whether they can update the attendee number.

  • Changing the date of your booking:
    You’ll need to cancel the existing booking and submit a new request through the building listing page. This will be sent to the building’s reception team to confirm or decline based on availability.

    Please note that changes must be made at least 2 full business days before the booking date. If you cancel later than this, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Private day office bookings

If you’ve been added to a private day office booking by a teammate and would like to be removed, the person who made the booking can remove you via their dashboard.

If the booker would like to change the number of attendees, they will still need to contact us via live chat or email so we can check with the provider.
