How Booking Requests Work
For spaces that don’t support instant booking, your request is sent directly to the building’s reception or management team. They’ll check availability and either confirm or decline your request.
We ask hosts to respond within one full business day. If there’s no response in that time, our bookings team will follow up and either secure an answer or suggest alternative spaces nearby.
What to Expect

The host checks availability
Available: Your booking is confirmed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Unavailable: You’ll get an email notification and can browse other nearby options.
Payment Process
When you request a booking, your card will show a pending charge - the payment is held, not processed.
If the booking is confirmed, the payment is completed.
If the booking is declined, the hold is released. The pending charge should disappear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
