How to sign the self-billing agreement in Avvoka

This guide is relevant for UK VAT vendors using the self-billing mechanism.

You will be sent a link to the Finance contact email provided in the sign-up form, to sign the self-billing agreement in Avvoka. Please note this will come directly from Avvoka in a separate email.

The agreement will be pre-populated with all of the billing entities & VAT numbers that you provided during onboarding. Please review & sign the form. We only require one agreement to be signed for all your billing entities. If you later add more buildings, these need to be added to the Avvoka document prior to listing.

Note that if this is your first time accessing Avvoka, then you can sign the agreement without creating an account. If you have used Avvoka before, then you will need to log in to your account for signing the agreement.

Click on the link to review the document. If all the details are in order, then click “sign” at the bottom of the screen:

Insert your signature and agree to Avvoka’s terms and conditions then sign the document:
