Some of our providers offer meeting rooms with instant booking confirmation. You can view these here or by selecting the instant book filter at the top of the Meeting Room search page.
Instant bookings can be made on the same day as the booking is required, which is handy if you've missed the 2pm cut-off!
Making an instant booking
If you're on a listing page for one of our providers who offer instant meeting room bookings, you will see an Instant Book symbol. To book, click book now and enter the date and time required.
If your chosen date and time is available, you'll receive an instant confirmation. Please be sure to add the attendee details to your booking to avoid any arrival issues.
If your chosen date and time is unavailable, you will be prompted to select a different time or date, or a different building nearby.
Tips to consider
Availability May Be Limited: Most workspaces require advance notice, so same-day options can vary by location.
Operating Hours: Ensure that the location’s reception or access hours align with your needs.
