After you submit a booking request for a meeting room or private day office, your request is sent directly to the workspace host for review. Here's what happens next.
Before you submit your request
When requesting a workspace, you'll be asked to select:
The date you'd like to book
The booking duration (for meeting rooms)
Your team size (for private day offices)
Booking instantly? If the workspace supports Instant Booking, the process is different. Learn more about Instant Booking here.
How booking requests work
Once you've submitted your request, it's sent to the building's reception or management team. The host will check availability and either:
Confirm your booking, or
Decline your request if the space is unavailable.
We ask hosts to respond within one business day. If we haven't received a response within that time, our bookings team will follow up on your behalf or help you find a suitable alternative nearby.
What happens next?
If your booking is confirmed
You'll receive a confirmation email with all of your booking details, and your payment will be processed.
If your booking is declined
We'll notify you by email, and you can browse other available meeting rooms or day offices nearby.
What happens to my payment?
When you submit a booking request, your card will show a pending payment. This is a temporary authorisation to verify your payment method—it hasn't been charged yet.
If your booking is confirmed, the payment is completed.
If your booking is declined, the payment authorisation is released.
Depending on your bank, the pending payment usually disappears within 3–5 business days.
