Why Was My Booking Cancelled After Being Confirmed?

Updated today

We know how frustrating it can be to have a confirmed booking cancelled - especially when you’ve already planned your day around it. The good news is that this happens very rarely, and when it does, there’s usually a clear reason behind it.

Many of the private day offices available on our platform are part of spaces that are also being marketed to long-term tenants. These are often vacant offices that businesses can use on a flexible, day-by-day basis.

In rare cases, a company may decide to take on the office permanently. When that happens, the space is no longer available for short-term bookings - even if those bookings were previously confirmed. This is more likely to affect bookings made further in advance, as there’s a longer window for the space to be let on a long-term basis.

Rarely, venues may also make administrative errors or encounter unexpected issues that mean they need to cancel bookings they have already accepted.
