To cancel an existing booking, head over to your bookings dashboard to view and/or cancel the booking.
If you’ve made a group booking and need to remove one of the attendees, click the X button next to the attendee’s name.
As per our day pass cancellation policy, in order to be refunded your pass, you would need to cancel by at least the day before the booking, ideally before 5pm, to allow others to book into your spot.
