Cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel or amend a booking:

If you need to cancel a booking, you can do so from your dashboard.

Our cancellation and amendment policy is set in line with and by the providers we work with.

Refund Policy:

  • Coworking bookings: Cancel by the business day before the booking (before midnight)

  • Meeting rooms and private offices: Cancel or amend at least 2 full business days before the booking. For example, if you have a booking on a Thursday, you would need to cancel before midnight on Monday to receive a full refund (with the exception of FORA mentioned below)

  • Exception of Fora Meeting Room bookings: Cancel at least 7 full business days before the booking. For example, if you have a booking on a Thursday, you would need to cancel before midnight two Monday's in advance to receive a full refund

If the workspace provider declines or cancels a booking:

Pay-As-You-Go Bookings

  • In the rare instance the provider cannot confirm your reservation, your card won't be charged.

  • If they cancel a confirmed booking, we will do everything we can to find you an alternative workspace. If we cannot find one for you, we will refund you the money in full.

Bookings made with a monthly plan

  • In the rare instance the provider cannot fulfil the reservation or cancels confirmed bookings, the credits are automatically returned to your account. We will again do everything we can to find you an alternative space.
