Cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel a booking:

If you need to cancel a booking, you can do some from your dashboard. Our cancellation and refund policy is set by the providers we work with.

For a full refund:

  • Coworking bookings must be cancelled at least the day before the booking (ideally before 5pm).

  • Meeting rooms and private day offices must be cancelled at least two full business days before the booking.

  • Exceptions are TOG and The Space, who require cancellations at least 10 business days prior to the booking to be eligible for a refund.

If the workspace provider declines or cancels a booking:

Pay-As-You-Go Bookings

  • In the rare instance the provider cannot confirm your reservation, your card won't be charged.

  • If they cancel a confirmed booking, we will do everything we can to find you an alternative workspace. If we cannot find one for you, we will refund you the money in full.

Bookings Using Credits On Your Account

  • In the rare instance the provider cannot fulfil the reservation or cancels confirmed bookings, the credits are automatically returned to your account. We will again do everything we can to find you an alternative space.
