What are your amendment & cancellation policies?

Updated this week

Our booking amendment and cancellation policy is determined by the providers we work with.

Coworking bookings

To be eligible for a refund, coworking bookings must be cancelled by midnight on the day before the booking date.

Meeting rooms and private day offices

Bookings must be cancelled or amended at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with short-notice changes.

Example: For a Thursday booking, cancellation or amendment must be made by midnight on Monday to allow two full business days’ notice (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Exception: Fora bookings require 7 full business days’ notice to be eligible for a refund.

Unconfirmed bookings

If you have made a booking and it has not yet been accepted, then the easiest way to amend it would be to cancel the booking via your dashboard and to then place a request with the new requirements.

Confirmed bookings

Attendee number changes (private day offices):
Requests to amend attendee numbers must be submitted at least two full business days prior to the booking date, via live chat or by emailing bookings@hubblehq.com.

All changes are subject to provider approval.

Date changes:
The existing booking must be cancelled and a new request submitted via the building listing page. All requests are subject to availability and provider confirmation.

Time changes:

To extend a booking, a new request must be submitted for the additional time required. For example, if your booking is from 2–3pm and you’d like to extend until 5pm, you will need to place a new booking request for 3–5pm.

Please note that extensions are subject to the venue’s availability and provider approval.

Changes must be made at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date.

Private day office bookings

Users may remove themselves from a booking via the booker’s dashboard. Requests to amend attendee numbers must be submitted to support and are subject to provider approval.
