The process is as follows:
As soon as you request the private day office, this will prompt the host to confirm whether there is availability - and if there is - this will be booked for you instantly.
If there is no other suitable availability in the requested building, you can explore other nearby options if you are flexible with the location or timings.
You are welcome to make multiple private day office requests, but please note that once a booking is confirmed, any cancellations will need to be made at least two full business days before the booking date to receive a refund.
Private day offices must be booked by 2pm the day before your required booking date. We, just like our workspace providers, operate Mon-Fri from 9am-5:30pm and will do our best to assist with your booking - but we always advise to give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
