How can I amend my private day office booking?

Our providers ask that any amendments or cancellations for confirmed private day office bookings are made with at least 2 full working days' notice.

If your booking has not yet been confirmed, you can cancel your request and submit a new one via the building listing page. This will be sent to the building’s reception team to confirm/decline based on availability of the space that you requested.

If your booking has been confirmed and you would like to amend it (number of attendees or date), please reach out to us on live chat, or at bookings@hubblehq.com and we can reach out to the provider for you.

If you have been added to a private day office booking by another teammate and would like to be removed, the booker can remove you via their dashboard. The booker will still need to reach out to us if they would like to change the attendee number.

Please note that for any amendment requests for a confirmed booking less than 2 working days away, we can reach out to the provider however this may not be guaranteed!
