How does it work?
Customers use our platform to search for offices and request viewings directly. You can manage your listings, leads, and viewings all through our platform - with support from our dedicated Workspace Experts who help fill your space with the right companies.
Is it free to list?
Yes! It’s free to list. We only charge a 10% commission on the first 12 months’ rent (or the minimum term of the licence - whichever is greater). See our Terms of Business for full details.

Is Hubble On-Demand right for me?
Yes - if you offer on-demand workspaces anywhere in the world, including coworking desks, meeting rooms by the hour, or private offices by the day.
How does it work?
Customers browse and book on-demand spaces through our global platform. You can list and manage your spaces easily, and we’ll handle monthly payouts based on your rates and bookings.
Is it free to list?
Yes! Listing is completely free. We take a commission (10–20%) per booking, depending on the space type and location.
