Why am I being prompted to pay for a booking in £ if my organisation is on a monthly plan?

When booking a coworking space, or requesting a meeting room or private day office, you may be prompted to pay the full amount for the booking via card.

This will happen for one of the following reasons:

  1. Your organisation has run out of credits

  2. Your organisation does not have enough credits to cover the full amount of the booking

If either of the above reasons apply, you will be prompted to pay via card.

  • If you are a member, you will need to ask an admin to make the booking on your behalf using card, or top up the account with enough credits for you to make the booking

  • If you are an admin, you can pay via card or top up the account with enough credits to make the booking
