How do I find and book the right meeting room?

Hubble On-Demand lets you browse and book workspace that suits your exact requirements - including meeting rooms with specific equipment, layouts, and facilities.

Step 1: Browse meeting rooms

You can view all spaces directly on our website. Each listing includes:

  • Photos of the workspace and individual meeting rooms where possible

  • Pricing guidance (hourly and daily rates)

  • Location details

Step 2: Check photos and listing details

Once you find a space you like, we recommend reviewing:

  • Room photos

  • Capacity and layout details

  • Included amenities and equipment

Some listings include images of each meeting room so you can get a clear idea of whether the space will suit your meeting.

Step 3: Submit a booking request

If the space looks suitable, you can submit a booking request directly through the listing for your preferred date and time.

During your request, you can include any specific requirements - for example:

  • Whiteboards

  • Flip charts

  • Screens or AV equipment

  • Layout preferences

  • Any additional details for your meeting

The workspace host will then review your request and confirm availability.

Availability information

We don’t currently offer live availability for all providers. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to secure your preferred space.

If your selected room isn’t available, the host will often suggest suitable alternatives within the same building, which we’ll share with you.

Some hosts offer instant booking, which means you’ll immediately see whether a room is available when you submit your request.
