Yes. When booking a day pass, use the ‘Add Attendees’ section to enter the name of up to five colleagues that you would like to add. If a colleague is already part of your company organisation, their full name will appear in the search results for you to click to add them to the booking.
If a colleague isn’t showing in the search results, your admin will need to invite them to your company organisation, or you can add them as an external guest, as below.

You can also add external guests - just add their email address and click onto the drop down that appears to add them as an attendee.
If your booking is for six people or more, please reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to liaise with the reception team to check that they are able to accept a large group in their coworking space on your chosen date.
