Our private office booking cancellation policy is set by the providers we work with, and must be cancelled or amended at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date for a full refund.
If you cancel your booking within two business days of your booking, you will still be charged, as the provider may have had to turn away other bookings and will not have enough time to fill the booking slot with another company.
