How can I add an external guest to my booking?

Adding an External Guest to a Coworking Booking

To add an external guest to your coworking booking:

  1. Go to the building listing page

  2. Click Book and select your date

  3. In the ‘Add Attendees’ section, enter your guest’s email address

A dropdown will appear with the email address - select this to add them as an external guest to your booking.

Private Offices and Meeting Rooms

For private day offices and meeting rooms, you can add external guests from your dashboard:

  1. Go to My Bookings

  2. Locate the relevant booking

  3. Enter the guest’s email address in the ‘Add Attendees’ section
