There are three reasons this may be happening:
It's after the 5pm cut-off time, meaning the reception team have finished for the day and so are unable to accept any more bookings for the next day (short notice bookings).
In such instances, you can email us on email@example.com - but you won't get a confirmed/declined response until after opening hours the next day, when we have been able to contact the building to verify if they can accommodate your request.
Alternatively, if you'd like to make a booking instantly, some of our providers now offer same day bookings via the Hubble Pass. You can view these offices by following this link and selecting the required date. This will show you which spaces are available to book as long as you book it before 12pm on the date required.
The building has reached its' capacity for bookings for that date and is unable to accept any more day pass bookings.
In such instances, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can ask the building team if they are able to accommodate your request.
We know that Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the busiest days for bookings, so please bear in mind that they might not be able to fit any more guests on the date that you're hoping for.
Your organisation doesn’t have enough credits.
Oh no! You've run out of credits. In this case, the admin on your account can top up the relevant amount of credits via the dashboard here. Once they've done so, you can complete the bookings. Please note that only Admins are able to top up the account.
