Absolutely, we’d be happy to help with booking you a meeting room!
To request a meeting room, please navigate to ‘Explore Workspaces’ in the top right-hand corner of the homepage, where you’ll be able to access the meeting rooms available on the Hubble Pass, under ‘Meeting Rooms’.
We recommend using the search filters to narrow your search down by size and location.
You'll be able to request a meeting room via your chosen building's listing page up until 2pm on the previous working day before your booking date. This will then go directly to the building’s reception team to confirm/decline based on availability of the room that you requested.
We ask that they reply within one full working day so if they don’t reply within then, our bookings team will follow up with the reception team to seek a definitive answer for you and an alternative option if necessary.
Please also note the points below:
You will either need to have admin rights or have a meeting-room-booking-enabled pass account (designated by your account's admin) to be able to request a meeting room.
If you require access to the co-working space for the building on the day of your booking, you’ll need to book yourself in via the Book Space page as usual.
Please note that reception teams are only be able to respond to booking requests during their operating hours (usually Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm).
