1. Can I Make a Last-Minute Booking? (Same-Day or Next-Day)
Most of our providers require bookings to be made by 2pm the day before for meeting rooms and private day offices, and by 5pm the day before for coworking spaces. However, if you have missed the cut-off time, you do still have some options!
You can book last-minute coworking spaces (until 12pm the same-day) by following this link and selecting the required date. Alternatively, some of our providers offer instant meeting room bookings, which you can view here.

2. Can I book a meeting room instantly?
Yes, you can view these here or by selecting the instant book on the filter at the top of the Meeting Room search page. If your chosen date and time is available, you'll receive an instant confirmation. If your chosen date and time is unavailable, you will be prompted to select a different time or date, or a different building nearby.

3. How can I amend my workspace booking?
Our booking amendment policy is set by the providers we work with, and any meeting room or private day office bookings must be amended at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date.
If your booking has already been confirmed and you would like to amend it (room size, time, or date), please reach out to us on live chat, or at bookings@hubblehq.com and we can reach out to the provider to check if they can update the booking.
