1. Can I make a coworking same-day coworking booking, or a booking for tomorrow if it's after 5pm?

Most of our providers need bookings to be made by 5pm the previous day, so if you've missed the cut-off time, you can filter for spaces that offer next day (after 5pm) or same day bookings by following this link and selecting the required date. Please note, same day bookings need to be booked before 12pm the day you intend to work at the space.

2. Can I book a meeting room instantly?

Some of our providers now offer meeting rooms with instant booking confirmation. You can view these here or by selecting 'instant book' on the filter at the top of the Meeting Room search page.

If your chosen date and time is available, you'll receive an instant confirmation. If your chosen date and time is unavailable, you will be prompted to select a different time or date, or a different building nearby.

3. Can I request a meeting room for tomorrow?

For any short notice requests that you require help with, you'll be able to request meeting room space via your chosen building's listing page up until 2pm on the previous working day before your booking date (e.g. you can request your meeting room space before 2pm on a Friday for a requirement on the Monday). For any bookings after this time, please take a look at our instant book options.

4. How do I access billing information?

If you are an admin, you can access your VAT invoices for your recurring monthly plan and most recent top-ups by navigating to your billing page, here.

If you're not the registered billing email on the account and would like a receipt for your payments, please reach out to us at help@hubblehq.com and our team will be able to send this over. You can view more information on billing queries here.

5. How can I amend my meeting room booking?

Our meeting room booking amendment policy is set by the providers we work with, and any bookings must be amended at least 2 full business days prior to the booking date. If your booking has already been confirmed and you would like to amend it (room size, time, or date), please reach out to us on live chat, or at bookings@hubblehq.com and we can reach out to the provider to check if they can update the booking.
