Our meeting room cancellation policy is set by the providers we work with, and is two business days prior to the date of your booking to be eligible for a full refund.

(Exceptions are TOG and The Space's cancellation policy which is 10 days prior to be eligible for a full refund).

If you cancel your booking within two business days of your booking, you will still be charged, as the provider may have had to turn away other bookings and will not have enough time to fill the booking slot with another company.
